How do I use the Infusia® GO! Portable Diffuser?
It’s simple and mess-free. Just screw your chosen scent bottle directly onto the diffuser, then press the power button to start the mist.
No water. No spills. Just instant calm, wherever you are.
How long does the diffuser last on one charge?
The Infusia® GO! runs for up to 50 hours on a full charge. Just charge it using the USB-C cable included, and you’re good to go.
Are your scent blends natural?
Yes — our scents are crafted using high-quality, clean ingredients and carefully tested to ensure a safe, balanced aromatic experience.
Can I use other oils with the Infusia diffuser?
Yes, you can use other scents with the Infusia® GO! — as long as they come in a 10ml bottle that fits the diffuser.
For the best experience, we recommend using Infusia blends, which are designed to work seamlessly with the device and deliver optimal mist flow and scent performance.
How can I return my order or request a refund?
We hope you’re loving your Infusia experience, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. You can return your order within 60 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original packaging.
To start a return or refund, you have two options:
• Log into your Infusia Account to submit a return request directly.
• Or email us at support@infusia.co with your order number and reason for the return — we’ll guide you from there.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Simple, smooth, and stress-free.

Can I exchange my order?
Absolutely! If you’d like to swap your item for a different color or scent, we’re happy to help — as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Just log into your Infusia Account or email us at support@infusia.co with your order number and what you’d like to exchange. We’ll walk you through the steps.
Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out your replacement right away. Easy as that.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s been completed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a little extra time to appear on your statement — but rest assured, it’s on the way.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 1 -2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way via the Shop app and via email.
Delivery options:
• Express: Arrives in 2–3 business days. Orders placed by 2pm are shipped the same day.
• Overnight: Arrives the next business day. Orders must be placed by 12pm to qualify.
International delivery times vary by location — full details are shown at checkout.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us at support@infusia.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships!
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes — but you can still return or exchange it once it arrives.
I made a mistake with my shipping address — what should I do?
Don’t worry! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email support@infusia.co with the correct address and we’ll update it for you.
If the order’s already on the way, we’ll work with the carrier to reroute it where possible.

We’re not able to add items to an existing order once it’s placed — but feel free to place a second order, and we’ll do our best to ship them together if they’re going to the same address. Just give us a heads-up at support@infusia.co.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay — so you can check out in a way that suits you best.
Do you offer gift cards?
